Clearly is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data in the Clearly app, created by Trinsic Ventures, Inc. ("Trinsic") in partnership with Azimuth Psychological LLC ("Azimuth").
Your Data & Privacy
Local Storage: All your journal entries, images, and personal content are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. Trinsic and Azimuth do not have access to this data.
Your Control: You maintain complete control over your data. We cannot read, access, or share your journal entries because they never leave your device or personal iCloud account.
Data Collection
Anonymous Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how the app is used (such as feature interaction) to improve Clearly. This data cannot be linked to individual users.
No Personal Data: We do not collect or store any of your journal entries or responses.
In-App Purchases: For in-app purchases, we collect only the necessary transaction information to deliver purchased content. This includes purchase history and subscription status. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.
Data Security
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your device and iCloud account. We recommend using strong passwords and device encryption.
Data Loss: Your journal data lives entirely on your personal device and iCloud account, giving you complete control. However, this means we cannot help recover your journal entries in case of loss or damage to your device. To keep your memories safe, we recommend regularly backing up your device through iCloud or iTunes.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
